At this point feels like any change with thr players GB has is good. Lafleur has not been good with hires however. Im iffy. But willing to stay optimistic. It can get worse but Barry is gone so lets see if they can unlock something. Hes 44 From 9ers to Ohio State to BC theyve had 4 down in the dirt. So a possibility we see that. I don't know what, but maybe something. I didn't care about a big name. The guys from Baltimore. Orr just played a few years ago at a high level but was forced to retire. Wilson who probably becomes Baltimores DC since the surprising Seattle hire. But just guys in that Ravens system Id go for. Then you had Parker the 32 year old DB coach with the Broncos. Vance Joseph came and focked things up and heard Parker helped right the ship. They finished well. Broncos before always had quality play from the defense. Those kind of guys I wanted. Young (not that 44 isnt young) fired up guys who the players will play for. All this saying I have no idea who this new guy is. Or what hes about. Maybe he will be the kind of guy I wanted anyway. Evero thr DC from Carolina also in running. But he was last time as well and they went with Barry. Carolina nice pass defense if anything. End of the day I wanted a different look and philosophy.
