Who to keep?? Lawrence-5th or D Jones-8

Pulling my hair out with a decision on who to keep - hoping you can give some advice :D

Starting Positions: QB RB RB WR WR T SuperFlex   (everyone plays 2nd QB in the super flex making them very high value)
Non-PPR - standar scoring besides that

My Dilemna is:
Keep Trevor Lawrence in the 5th (Lose 5th round pick)
Keep Daniel Jones in 8th (Lose 8th round pick)

I like Trevor Lawrence more this year (weapons!), but I'm thinking better value is D Jones
Thoughts?

If it's superflex then Lawrence in round 5 is a steal.
