himmystyles 30 Posted October 3, 2023 Dallas Goedert’s slow start is really a drag right now. The following are available on waivers: ertz jake Ferguson shultz logan Thomas Kincaid it’s full ppr with very short benches. I can flat drop Dallas for one of the above (leaning Ferguson), or drop roschon Johnson for one and carry two te’s. Only 4 spots on bench. What would you do, and who would you pick up ? show me the murray 49 Posted October 3, 2023 I would hold on to Goedert. I’m trusting he’ll come good eventually and there’s no one on the wire you’ve mentioned I’d bank on more. If you drop Goedert someone is picking him up. He’s got 7, 7 and 4 targets the past three weeks, which is a floor in PPR at least and I’d bank on him eventually making some big plays. Jake Ferguson would be the one I like best from the options above, but I’m sticking with Goedert. EDIT: One thing I forgot to add… I wouldn’t drop Johnson for a backup. The fact that you have very short benches works in your favour as if Goedert continues to struggle I’d bank on several of those options still being available on the waiver wire.

Right on cue: Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni said Dallas Goedert is “still part of the plan” in the team’s passing offense. lmao

weepaws 3,154 Posted October 4, 2023 I don’t like that I’m reading that the team said Goedert is still apart of the game plan, I don’t think Hurts loos his away often. Dak as been Te friendly, I would drop Goedert for Ferguson, but beware , they do play the Niners , and they are tough Vs TEs. I would keep Johnson, and be patient with him, he’s the next man up n the bears at rb. Nice talking with you. Good luck with this tough decision.

Ferguson got picked up but wouldn’t have worked out anyways with a bye week soon as well. Zach Ertz is still on waivers and looks healthy and getting targets. Would you drop Goedert for him? Showboat 252 Posted October 5, 2023 Stick with Goedert. He may be inconsistent (most TEs are), but I think he'll have some blow-up games down the road.
