The pin action of these injuries is sometimes worse than the injury itself.  At least people know not to start Burrow from now on, but with Higgins, people are going to start him and then hold him on their rosters.

My dynasty team is like that.  Roethlisberger retiring basically cost me Diontae Johnson, and I lost a year of CeeDee when Dak broke his ankle.
