cmh6476 1,010 Posted November 23, 2024 I think my son who is a senior has decided he would like to major in data science engineering. He told me what he'd really like to do is deal with finances or stats and maybe get in with a professional sports franchise, and talked about trying to get into an internship with the Royals or something like that. We visited Mizzou yesterday and one of his friends since elementary school and through band gave us a tour of the campus. I've tried to raise him right, but he's being mindful of the cost he will have to bear if he were to choose an out-of-state school. He has friends who play in band at K-State and Missouri and he's also applied to Wisconsin, Purdue and Florida. KU has a data analyst degree, but not the data science engineering so I may be screwed.
