Winning when there is no money is like kissing your sister. Which toofy knows better than most.

Why thank you, sir. That track was the hardest I've ever recorded. It has not one, not two but FIVE focking ukulele tracks. Then two acoustic tracks, a bass track, an electric guitar track, a piano track, a trumpet track and two vocal tracks.

All that ukulele and guitar picking and strumming gave me tennis elbow, and a lot of time and a couple of steroid shots later, it finally healed.

I almost didn't use it because the drum part was so weak, but Rusty II came along and figured out a way to add new drums, and it sounded so much better that I decided to make it the leadoff track.

Yes, it will be on YouTube and Spotify in about a week.

Well that's dumb.   What's the benefit?

For people to have access to music that I've been writing and recording for almost four decades.

You giving me a  :headbanger: to "Man's Job" is the benefit. The jam goes on too long, but I like it, so it stays.

That song is a true story, as are most of my songs. "Million Tire Man" is a true story. I capture chunks of life in my songs, and I've already left behind a large body of work, which Rusty II discovered on his own and took to remastering and putting it out there on Spotify and YouTube.

Monetary pursuits and writing songs to please an audience is the death of true creativity.

Being heard and enjoyed is far more rewarding than money.

If you had a whirling circus in your head of music your brain endlessly writes, it might make more sense.

I've only recorded a fraction of what I've written, and I'll always stay true to making music for my own entertainment, and it's gravy if anyone else likes it.

Better yet if a few musicians reach out and want to put on a live show. That would be my ultimate dream. Fock money.
