They can't keep both but they have to sign Jones for sure.

They can keep him if Kelce retires. (I do think there is a chance he might)  

That said  it is way too early to be making predictions on this sort of thing.    there are likely other players who wont return as well.   Some who will be moved.

I think it will be an interesting offseason.
