We have already established the CRIMINAL GRAND JURY declined to INDICT WATSON.  He had 25 sexual assault CIVIL charges against him. 

Rice has EXACTLY ZERO CRIMINAL charges assigned by the District Attorney.  Rice does have CIVIL charges and has a DECEMBER court date. 

 

the legal standard is different for criminal and civil cases as well.

for a criminal case, you are convicted if you are considered 100% without a doubt guilty.   then you go to jail.

in a civil case if the odds are better than 50-50 that you were a victim you likely get a settlement.

This is a $$$ grab - AGAIN.  She's "trying her case" via social media / the public.  Is it any wonder .. 80% of dudes are just avoiding women PERIOD??

its possible.

these things are so hard to determine with the amount of info we have at our fingertips.   we likely have no more than 20% of the info that the authorities have to comb through on the matter.

how much of this is on Rashee I dont know.   

 

in cases like this.....

sometimes its a case where the guy is innocent but keeps putting himself in situations that look bad with a person who is morally questionable. 

sometimes it is a case where he is guilty and tries to make it look that way

its very hard for someone on the sideline like us to make a call on this.  but I'd bet money that someone close to the situation knows.   but they likely are not talking.

Also - Why do you capitalize Rashee's name mid-sentence but not capitalize the first worst of every sentence?
