Strike 5,601 Posted April 17, 2024 Regardless of how you feel about the merits of the offenses, the Dems just set another bad precedent by refusing to hold a trial when an impeachment was sent to them. I believe this is the first time articles of impeachment were sent from the House to the Senate and the Senate just dismissed them without a trial.
