I also don’t agree with the phrase “militant trans”. The use of the word “militant” here is ALWAYS used by conservatives against any group seeking equal treatment and an end to discrimination. Before “militant trans” there were “militant blacks”, “militant feminists”, “militant gays” etc. The term is used as a perjorative to characterize the group as angry and extremist. Which I don’t believe is the case.

As ai wrote earlier- if I had to decide I would prohibit anyone with a pen!s from being in those spaces. But I don’t think it’s that big a deal and I don’t think if it happens that any rights are seriously infringed. It’s really pretty minor, IMO. Any large focus on it smacks of fear and bigotry, IMO.

Ok, sorry if Im dense here, but I just want to make this clear so I didn’t waste anymore of our time:

If a woman is forced to change clothes/shower in  the same space as a fully intact human male, it’s a “minor” thing and no rights are infringed?   But you dont think they should be there in the first place?

This is the delusion of the left we have to fight against.  They LITERALLY believe this stuff - it's like dealing with a cult.

Watched a video yesterday where a young woman lost her sh#t at a dude because he said that if a biological male hooks up with a tranny female (i.e. a biological male) that he would be a homosexual.  She got so upset she got up, called him the usual names and then walked off the panel because she insisted that wasn't gay sex.    (she has LOTS of friends that are trannies!!! So she knows!!)

It's f@cking liberal delusion we're fighting against - that can only be put down with massive deprogramming of their propaganda or outright violence.  No different than The People's Temple cult, David Koresh and many others.  Hopefully these people will come back to reality and their senses but until then, this is getting worse, not better.

If it’s a trans person who hasn’t had surgery? Yes. Shouldn’t be allowed, but not a huge deal and no rights are truly infringed.  That’s my position.
