If China gets going in Asia it’s WWII all over again.

That said, conventional warfare between major powers is pretty much impossible. Just way too much firepower especially with the nuclear threat.

Still, I’d be wary

Yeah like EG said... stay out od thr Marines or Army and you'll be fine.  My daughter wants to be a surgical tech in the Navy.  Moat likely on a decent base or a big ship with a surgical suite.  She'll be safer there than running around the city back home.

If we get one of our big ships attacked, we're in a hell of a lot more trouble than it's worth.  We'd be in trouble back home just as bad... actually she'd probably be safer there.
