Yes you did.

If Tyreek thought he didn’t think he need to come out of the car, I’m betting something happened during that event which caused it to escalate.

LMAO…I wasn’t assuming that.  I was basing that statement on SCOTUS case law, that Hill I’m sure had no awareness of, that gave them authority to remove him. If anything, at the time, I was giving Hill more wiggle room than the cops.  But you don’t understand that. What a moron.  Just stay down.

You were giving Hill more wiggle room by saying he should have already been in jail?

This is why people kick you in the teeth around here.  You post these little quips like they’re some sort of gotcha.  You are basically saying that I can’t think Hill was guilty of domestic violence, and still remain remain objective in the Miami stadium incident.  You exposed yourself with your stance that Torres’ previous action should disqualify him from an objective judgment in his interaction with Hill and company.  Just because you can’t process objectivity, doesn’t mean others can’t.

Torres deserves an objective judgement, but his prior actions can certainly be evidence as to whether or not his behavior was a pattern.

If you recall this thread, I didn’t comment too much on Hill.   But I was very put off by Torres’ actions towards Campbell, which included both aggressiveness towards someone that did nothing wrong, and stupidity by citing a law that didn’t exist.  So because of those things, I would tend to believe that he was not totally justified in his actions in regards to Hill.  But I’ll wait to see what the official decision is, you however seem convinced he will be cleared.  Actually since we were talking about lawyers earlier, I forgot that Torres’ lawyer sent an apology to Hill.  Is it normal for cops’ lawyers to send apology letters if they didn’t do anything wrong?

1.  I put no weight in what attorneys strategically do.

2.  You still have no understanding of why Torres handled Campbell the way he did.  His stupidity of quoting a statute that wasn’t in effect, doesn’t prohibit him from acting on existing statute and executing valid police procedure.  I’ve explained this in detail previously, but for some reason you analyze this whole thing in a weird emotional slant that ignores what cops are allowed to. Like I said a while ago, go do a ride along with your local police.  Maybe you will take a different view. I’m done.

Bump for @Fireballer who oddly disappeared after it was revealed this officer was a dirt bag in prior incidents too. Some more details on the prior incidents here:

Tyreek is a dirt bag as well, so what's the difference?

Campbell did nothing wrong, and Miami PD agreed.  HTH

Link?  They specifically said that Campbell broke no laws and that Torres was wrong his attempts to control his position or detain him?

Why?

Someone was looking for it at a later time and I’m glad he found it.
I tend to delete my threads because they tend to turn ugly for some reason.

I haven’t read this thread, not sure why it was uh…can’t think of the word, but brought back up again. I’m too lazy to read the new comments. (Bumped)

Tim Hauk bumped it in a weird attempt to discredit me while he was rage typing at me in another thread.
