Cdub100 3,666 Posted October 31 Was this a thing in your cities? Here in Michigan, Devil's Night was the night before Halloween, when people would do bad things. I remember there being a lot of arson, especially in Detroit. You wouldn't want to leave your pumpkins out because there was a good chance someone would smash them. It was generally a night of evil debauchery. I remember the government rebranded it as Angels Night and large groups of people would patrol neighborhoods.
