I'm not going to pretend like I understand the details surrounding ChatGPT and Altman's complete takeover. I have seen many people criticized Altman for how the board and his compensation has played out compared to his earlier remarks of not caring about profit.

One thing I know for a fact is that chatgpt was programmed with an insane bias favoring the left. The government was going to include chatgpt in one of their three allowed AI companies that they controlled. The danger in AI is in teaching it to be biased and teaching it things that are factually incorrect. Like there are more than 2 genders, or that anyone can change their gender.

Been paying attention. This is what Andreessen warns about and explains clearly in this interview with Rogan. The fellow is a Silicon Valley bajillionaire, knee deep in all this AI stuff and a Clinton/Gore/Kerry/Obama/Hillary/Trump voter. He's worth paying attention to.

Across industries, there's a cabal of big corporations that coordinate with the government to set up formidable regulations to intentionally make it impossible for smaller startups to enter a market by making the cost of entry too expensive to consider. That this was falling into place under the Biden administration could have been catastrophic as all the AI systems were expected to be as woke as possible. It would have been like the social media censorship except 10x as damaging. AI is going to play an increasingly important roll for the rest of humanity and any non-biased startup would have been strangled in the womb with another 4 years of Biden/Harris.

We were literally two centimeters of an assassin's bullet away from plunging into this dystopian leftoid AI future. Add this to the cornucopia of good things that will happen January 20th.
