Looks like a clear cut case of murder one to me since he planned the whole thing in depth. I wouldn't have the energy or inclination to argue it with fellow jurors though. Let someone else get huffy doing it, I'll be over here. If we left there with a hung jury, I would not care.

Honestly, I think they if they go to trial, Mangione is going to try an insanity plea.
