I've worked for Accenture for 21+ years. Made 6 figures for half that time at the least. 

And after all that, I have nearly 900 shares of stock on top of it all. And I only stayed consultant because I didn't want to be management. And I'm white as can be. And American.

I've worked with people here on a visa and they generally have a good work ethic.  But it's not cultural.  I've also worked with Indian Americans not here in visas and several were lazy.  If anything it's generational.  The late millennials being the worst.  Color of skin not important.  You wouldn't know this.

I was speaking about their country of origin.  You do know that it’s possible to have a different culture in other countries, regardless of skin color? You think the Scandinavian culture is like ours? You wouldn’t know. You’ve never pondered because all you see is skin color.
