when I see videos like this it's even more clear that he was NOT .   I see an over excited guy on the spectrum doing the same exact gesture at different (and awkward) pace.

Thank you for actually looking at the video. Like I said above I think he was trolling but yes I agree as an autistic it’s possible he just had it all screwed up. I also think it’s equally wrong to say there’s nothing or odd or weirdly different in what Musk did from people waving at crowds or those who wave hi:bye to people stopping by for the holidays.

i have no idea what the bolded means. 

trolling? maybe. Trolling or genuinely being awkward... either way the Nazi stuff is and always was a huge reach.  Everything about both men's gestures in the video is the same aside from the speed at which it's done and mamdummy's fingers dancing at the end

Yes, the speed, the clasp over the heart (Musk, Roman style, celebrating victory), the rigid manner of Musk (ZM is blowing kisses & waving), the look on his face (EM grimacing, ZM smiling), Musk’s hand is Palm flat & straight (ZM is hand up in a wave). I don’t see what difference it makes if we agree EM isn’t a Nazi. & I agree it might just be the autism thing.

you posted the X thing and the person you are posting is saying it becomes more obvious that Musk was doing a Nazi salute. So you don't agree but I am giving my opinion after watching said video. I don't see Musk clasping his heart, I see him awkwardly and forcefully put his hand to his heart and just as awkwardly and forcefully extend his arm out. To me, it's like he's just too excited and not really in his element. Mamdani extends his arm out as well, to the same degree and angle. Both of their hands are palm down at extension with fingers extended. Mamdani just adds the finger wave at the end, Musk says "my heart goes out to you".
