Here is what one victim of Biden's malicious prosecution looks like.  Brandon Straka was an activist who was known for starting a #walkaway movement for Democrats to walk away from their party.  On Jan. 6th, 2021 Brandon had a permitted speaking engagement near the Capitol.  Being in the Capitol, Brandon checked out the protests to see what was going on.  He went up the steps and filmed for 8-minutes He left the scene and later posted the video online.  See interview on Bill O'Reilly here.

For the heinous crime of filming a historic event on public property;

 - Home raided by team of armed FBI agents and all his devices confiscated.   

-  Put in cuffs and taken to jail.

- DOJ made up facts and charged him with multiple felonies

- offered a plea deal where he had to agree to misdemeanor disorderly conduct charges on made-up facts.  Sends to 36-montd prohibition and 3-montbd house arrest.

- deplatformed on all social media where he had a large presence.

- put on terrorist watch list and could not travel without full searches and air marshalls around him.

- tens of thousands in legal fees.

This is just one story of hundreds of railroadings, malicious prosecution, and unethical behavior by prosecutors.

For all you bootlickers who cheered every conviction, are you proud of yourself?  Do you think it is good that ordinary people can be abused for political purposes?  WTF is wrong with you.  Our justice system is supposed to be a person is innocent until proven guilty.  But when they feds come after you, the process is as almost as bad as the punishment.   There needs to be a very high bar the feds need to clear before attacking ordinary citizens.  Instead the feds were weaponize to destroy the lives of anyone who dared exercise their fundamental right to protest for causes the government doesn't not like.  

There are many other stories like this or even worse for some who were incarcerated in some of the worst facilities in the country

CNN — A pro-Trump organizer and social media influencer who spoke at a Washington, DC, rally the day before the US Capitol attack was sentenced to three years of probation on Monday.

Brandon Straka, a self-described “former liberal” who founded the #WalkAway campaign to encourage people to leave the Democratic Party, admitted to recording himself telling the mob to “go go go” as they reached the Capitol and telling rioters who were wrestling a shield away from a US Capitol Police officer to “take it, take it.”

He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct on Capitol in October. Straka will have to pay a $5,000 fine, the maximum fine allowed, and an additional $500 for the damage done to the Capitol building by the mob.

Stewart Rhodes brought a cache of guns to DC for the insurrection and says his only regret was that they didn't bring those guns to the Capitol.  He said if he had those guns he could have hung Nancy pelosi from a lamppost." 

He was sentenced to 18 years for seditious conspiracy.

Freed by Donald Trump and treated like a celebrity.

Yeah, I have no idea why I was never banned.  Suspended 50 plus times, but never banned.  I had several of those fokers stalk me on every thread.  Three or four would endless troll me.  It was pathetic.  Then there were a bunch of lawyer types who thought they were neutral, but in reality they were leftist nuts who could not admit the Zimmerman and Rittenhouse cases were a bunch of political garbage cases.   They all thought they should plead for a deal.
