It's hard to get into flight school with a 4th grade understanding of math and a GED.

Lik any team everyone has a role.

The blacks seem to be better cut out for front line combat duty from experience in the streets. Gunshots won`t scare them.

But they can't shoot either.  They spray a thousand bullets and none of them hit their targets.  It's hard to shoot accurately when you be holding your gun sideways.
