Okay So I'm Pretty Muscular @ Almost 55 & Know What It Takes

Two and half years at it and do at least 3 days a week working out hard for 40 minutes or more and means giving your all for those 40 minutes. going to failure and getting your heart beat up and etc. Choosing good foods, food with Amino Acids. Eggs, Lean meats and high Protein Dairy and even Tofu, Fruits, watermelon is great, sweet potatoes for veg. You can eat crap food but get them in you daily first. Three months you will see a huge difference in your body looks and then only keeps improving from there if you keep it up.

Don't go gentle into the goodnight!

One other thing It feels focking great when you go out anywhere and you are built and look better than 90% of anyone you see and that includes 20 and 30 year olds. That is the payoff!

Yes exercise is good.

One of the keys is not releasing cortisol. Professional athletes are one thing, but if your life doesn't depend on being in peak condition, the fastest way to grow muscle is through the mind.

With HIIT, the goal is to get the mind to believe there may be a threat, so that it must get stronger. It's not nearly as much about breaking down muscle fibers like we used to believe.

Once you release cortisol, it has a lot of negative effects on the body.

If you want to maximize the effects, sit down and imagine your workout all over again. Imagine your muscles are impossibly large while your lifting things like cars, mountains, whatever. The mind is such a key component.
