Good one.

Probly my 2nd or 3rd favorite of theirs. And I prefer Brian Johnson to Bon.

Don’t think it is considered underrated as it gets plenty of air play.

How in the fuk do you consider whole lotta rosie under rated?  Cause it doesn't get radio play?

Also, that and Let there be Rock are 2 favorites from them.

Scott > Johnson

I've never understood the hate for "Blow Up Your Video," with many calling it their worst album.

Every song on there kicks ass.

Their worst albums are "Fly on the Wall" and a lot of crap they put out in recent years other than their latest album.

Ride on was also my first choice but here is my 2nd

"Beating Around the Bush" is on the underrated list as well.

Someone on satellite radio called in on one of the stations and said terrestrial radio only plays like 6 AC/DC songs or so - 3 from Brian and 3 from Bon. He requested a song from Fly on the Wall so it got me thinking. I’ve never heard Rosie in the radio and that song rocks ! (I see mentioned below Fly one of worst albums and I agree).
What I also agree with is Bon > Brian

Man, they used to play Rosie on the radio all the time back in the day. Classic rock radio just plays the same old crap, but back in the day it was all about album-oriented rock, which Led Zeppelin pretty much started, so radio stations were playing all kinds of non-hit stuff off albums. Those were the days. Radio is shat now. It's last gasp was alternative radio in the 1990s, but the advertising dollars dried up.

It’s no Shark Dance - that’s for sure.

Agree about Blow Up Your Video, easily their most underrated album. Love it.

I am going to disagree with extreme prejudice with your assessment of Fly on the Wall. Not a great album, but contained a few hidden gems like the title track, Shake Your Foundations, and Sink the Pink.

Flick of the Switch is their worst and it's not close.

I still hear Whole Lotta Rosie on the radio occasionally, usually when the local classic rock station does their 2 for Tuesday bit where they'll play a big hit along with a deeper cut from the same artists. Also, Rosie was real.

I guess I feel the same way about "Flick of the Switch" that you do about "Fly on the Wall."

I jumped ship at "For Those About to Rock" but climbed back aboard the bandwagon at "Blow Up Your Video."

I said before that if you took the best songs off "Blow Up Your Video" and "Razor's Edge," that album would be as good as "Back in Black."
