Bills04 56 Posted Wednesday at 01:28 AM So .. I was NOT able to finish up my "cheat sheet" before my Draft was held tonight. I got through .. my top 23 RBs, and .. the same # for my WRs. I was able to do: QBs, TEs, DEFs and KCRs. 12-team serpentine draft, full-point PPR: QB1 B. Nix QB2 D. Prescott RB1 S. Barkely RB2 J. Conner RB3 J. Croskey RB4 B. Tuten RB5 D. Sampson WR1 C. Sutton WR2 R. Pearsall WR3 E. Egbuka WR4 W-Rob WR5 D. Douglas WR6 J. Palmer TE1 T. McBride TE2 D. Schultz DEF1 DEN KCR1 DAL
polecatt 480 Posted Thursday at 03:13 AM Good squad for a 12 team league. Solid at QB, RB, and TE, D/ST. It will come down to how the WRs behind Sutton produce. Get a player or two to step up good there, and this team should be a strong contender
WhiteWonder 2,827 Posted Friday at 07:27 PM Not a big fan for a PPR which is why it's a little tough for me to pass on Chase/Lamb/JJ in the early parts of round 1. I assume McBride was your 2nd rounder. It's easy to treat him like a WR but Conner in round 3? feels like a luxury pick. Sutton in 4? Even if that is flipped, i'd be curious what other WR's were on the board in that area and if you could have gone with 2 receivers. I also wonder if you reached on a backup QB with Prescott. I love pairing Justin Fields with Prescott but Nix generally goes at least 3 rounds before Fields. This may be partly why your depth looks less than ideal. The WR room behind Sutton makes me . There is upside there, but I don't want Pearsall as more than a WR3 or Egbuka as a WR4 personally and Robinson/Douglas/Palmer are all droppable. Also, because of the weak WR room, I expected your RB depth to be stronger. While I love JCM and was drafting him in my dynasty rookie drafts well before Robinson was traded, I would have expected a more exciting 4th RB or something. I also would have made an effort to get Shipley behind Barkley. Curious when he was drafted. Nix/Barkley/Conner/Sutton/McBride.... with Pearsall and I guess flexing JCM or Egbuka is not a bad starting lineup at all... it just leaves zero depth. Bills04 56 Posted Friday at 09:21 PM White: McBride slid to the 3rd round (3.02); a guy took CIN QB Burrow in the 2nd. Next RBs taken after Conner: Cook, Chase B., and Kamara. WRs after Sutton: DK Metcalf, Flowers, and Jameson W. Fields can't hit the side of a barn.. Not interested! SF's WR room is a mess / triage room. So is TB's. I actually think Palmer could be Diggs-esque in BUF. Again, who else is there?? Yeah - W-Rob and Douglas are pure PPR cheat codes.. The guy at 1.03 sniped both Benson and Shipley on me.. I suppose I'm putting a lot of faith in RBs drafted this Spring, vs. the (remaining) veterans on the teams. It worked out for JCM; I'll see for the other two. ALSO: there are ALWAYS in-season injuries, and WW FA pickups to consider! Thanks for the feedback.
