no crickets here.  So the tax assessor has her loan records?  Find that hard to believe.  How would he have her loan application and/or bank records?

so inform us.

They can't answer. They only react to their liberal collective announcements.

Lisa Cook’s preliminary “loan estimate” from May 2021 is not the binding mortgage agreement she signed in July 2021. The binding document—what she signed and swore to—said: “Borrower shall occupy, establish, and use the Property as Borrower’s principal residence … for at least one year … unless Lender otherwise agrees in writing.”

The full extent of Cook’s representations to her lenders remains unclear, including any paperwork that may have changed the “vacation home” characterization by the time the mortgage was settled. Local officials in Georgia told Reuters that Cook never declared the home as a primary residence for tax purposes there.

That from your article.  You obviously read and decipher what you want to hear.

Not really.   If the actual loan was the same lender (not sure if it was, most likely it was as those forms are often included in closing packets), that proves the lender was aware of her intentions and thus she has an argument it wasn’t fraud.

Of course even if it was just an estimate, while it doesn’t prove her innocence, it doesn’t prove her guilt either.

I never said it was definitive proof.  But further evidence that she made clear to various channels of her intentions.

Has there been any other evidence provided that it was fraud other than “2 mortgages that said primary residence within a month!!!”
