Micah Parsons takes Curly Lambaeu's number.

Recommended Posts

Parson will play DE wearing number 1 on his jersey.

I know they changed the rule last year or whenever in the recent past, but weird to see a DE wear #1.

And he's questionable going into week one with a sprain in his back. He'll probably play, but get out the epidural. Time to juice up the back.

I’m surprised the number isn’t retired, it should be.

All I saw was that it was "unofficially retired". Whatever that means.

Yeah, they had to know about it. They know the specific spot on the spine and must not think it's a big deal.

I think they said some sort of sprain.  But I think some is to save some face for him when people thought it may just be a phantom injury.

Hes been hitting sleds hard and a lot of 1 on 1 rushing last couple days.  He has said he feels good each day when asked.  Said today that suiting up or not is up to the coaches.

Plus Love when asked said defense should be the side announced in stadium and Micah should come out last.   Said he can envision Micah getting a sack on the first series to end the drive and crowd going wild.
