The new changes have been needed for a long time. Women and Femboys should all have to pass the same PT Standards as normal Male soldiers. 

And the PT test is actually pretty easy. Anyone in half decent shape should have no problem completing it within the required timeline. 

You never could but most Men 17-40 should have no problems passing the PT test.
