I know you're responding to Gutter here, but I want to clarify some things from my perspective as a liberal non-Democrat.

I am not cheering FOR illegal aliens. I am voicing displeasure at the anti-American methods being used to facilitate their capture, lack of due process, that many Americans and legal immigrants are being caught up in it, and the general unconstitutionality of the whole operation.

I am not fighting for "drug runners" on boats. We don't know if they're drug runners, nobody has produced evidence indicating they are, other than DOW telling us they are. What is happening is NOT LEGAL. This is the USA. We don't execute people in international waters without due process or a declaration of war by Congress. Well, we DIDN'T do that, until we did.

Let me school you. It's not a crime and we do not need a "Declaration of War" to eliminate ANYONE deemed a threat to the United States of America.
