Mike Honcho 4,034 Posted September 20, 2018 NFL.Com When asked about the Raiders' struggles to get to the opposing quarterback, coach Jon Gruden replied with what we already know. "It's hard to find a great one," Gruden said, according Scott Bair of NBC Sports Bay Area. "It's hard to find a good one. It's hard to find one; you just said it. supermike80 1,285 Posted September 20, 2018 Kept hearing his name when the Lions were talking about a new head coach. Gruden Gruden Gruden...I don't know why we do this. Course, not sure PAtricia was a good choice, but Gruden seemed like a complete waste to me.
Vince44 202 Posted September 20, 2018 Is Jon Gruden the general manager of the Raiders? I have been under the impression that he was only the head coach.

Any head coach who has an old school mentality should be bared from ever getting a head coach gig. The NFL is so dumb to trust all these guys that think almost exactly the same like it's still the 1980s
wiffleball 4,640 Posted September 20, 2018 The way the rules are these days, I wouldn't even have a pass-rusher. I certainly wouldn't spend much money on him. It's not worth it you can't touch the quarterback so why bother? Spend your money on the backfield.
