I'd pull the trigger on that...Are you ever going to start Rice??? With Harvin and Berrian there that's a tough sell. And Chris Johnson had 1 monster week...then what?

I agree with the above response... You're most likely never going to start Rice on your team and you get what should be a more consistent RB on a more consistent team. I'd do that trade.

I'd stick with Johnson.

 

I think he is more explosive and has a better chance of staying healthy throughout the season.

I would do the trade. I think Rice is OK, but no loss if he goes away. I just grabbed him off the waiver last week. i think Johnson is a one big week followed by 3 less than average weeks kind of rb for the rest of the season. Ewwww.

I kindof think Chris Johnson is better than Gore...especially since Gore is coming off injury. Titans will run more short passes to Chris Johnson to get offense going. Sidney Rice is also playing better every week it seems.

I would go for it, the first commenter had a good point, you are trading some depth for a stud RB, totally worth it.

I'd do it - do have a risk with Gore coming back from injury, but don't like Chris Johnson's situation... The only question I'd have is whether you can pick up someone reasonable to give you depth at WR?

I just picked up Glen Coffee this morning to back up Gore (if I pull the trigger). I'm hoping Miles Austin steps up and that'll give me 3 solid receivers in a league where I only need to start 2.

I would do it. Tenn's offence is going to hurt Johnson , he will still give you some big games here or there but if your looking for consistancy Gore will give you that week to week

I just picked up Glen Coffee this morning to back up Gore (if I pull the trigger). I'm hoping Miles Austin steps up and that'll give me 3 solid receivers in a league where I only need to start 2.

 

Even better, with Coffee, you gotta make this trade. Austin will make a great #3 WR for your bench.

Stick with Chris Johnson. I think the Titans may make a turnaround. I don't think Gore can stay healthy.

I'd pull the trigger too. Too much unknown/surprise going on with Tenn this season. Teams can focus in on shutting down Johnson (try) and then the rest of their offense is crippled. At least with SF, they have other guys stepping up this season (Davis finally), and SF hasn't "quit" in a game like the Titan's did against NE.

I may be able to squeeze Anquan Boldin in this trade as well so it would be Gore/Boldin for Johnson/Rice.

 

I'd like to have Boldin as a "backup" WR just in case. I think his value is low right now and I could manage it.

I like the idea of getting boldin as a good buy low canidate with monster upside and Gore was looking great before the injury. I just can't trust anyone on TEN right now, they look awful and if they are playing from behind every game it kills there run game. I still like Johnson, but I think I would make the trade.

I would definately pull the trigger on that. The titans are horrible this year and Rice is a number 3 or flex play at best. I might want to wait and see how Gore looks coming off his injury but if he does well enough you might not be able to get him for this price. So yes I'd do it.

Trade was denied by the other team -- I have Glenn Coffee so when Gore goes down I can start while this guy is stuck with no one.

Good trade! You got Gore while his price was a little low, and he should be good for the rest of the season, barring injury.

I think I would stay with CJ and Rice. The Titans should improve, I cant imagine theyll go 0 an 16. Favre seems to trust Rice and Gores injury history coupled with the fact that the QB on that team is not all that and the offense in general is not that explosive would keep me from pullin trigger. But, thats just me.

I would do the trade, but I would then turn around and trade for Coffee for a handcuff for Gore.
