Really interesting trade proposal..need opinions

Its a 1pt ppr non keeper league 6pts td rush/receiving and my team is in my sig. Here are the two trade proposals.

 

1) He gives Mendenhall/Manningham for my Nicks

 

or

 

2) He gives Mendenhall/J. Nelson for my Nicks/Ant. Brown

 

Thoughts?? It's a tough split between the two since I get Mendenhall either way and if I do the first I still have Brown to play at wr with Manningham as a backup but with the second I get Mendenhall and an immediate plug in wr in Nelson, I just hate to lose Brown but I think Neslon at this point is more valuable than Brown. I would love some input on this. Leave a link. Thanks

For me, I would choose #1. I keep Brown with Ben throwing to him rather than rely on fitz.

Plus, you still have Giants wr M.Manningham

I don't do either, but I'm not a Mendenhall fan. I don't think you upgrade there. You already have Forte and CJ, Mendy isn't used much as a receiver either.
