I doubt Matt Stairs becomes eligible for first :shocking:

 

Only reason he did last year was because of injuries to Sweeney and Harvey, and this year they have Calvin Pickering fighting to make the big league club.

 

I also feel sorry for you guys trying to steal Royals OFers from me. DeJesus is a lock in center, but then the rest of the scrubs are looking to secure a place in the lineup while the royals are still actively pursuing a corner OFer <_<

Yahoo goes by the previous year when determining position eligibility. If he got in 15 games at 1B last year then he'll qualify at 1B for the entire year regardless if he plays a game at that position in 2005. Now come 2006 it'll be a different story. Now Yahoo does ADD more eligibility through out the season if a player gets in 15 games at a new position but it never takes away a position during a season.
