All 12 owners from the 1st dynasty league need to go to this website http://finance.yahoo.com/m1?u and select an index and post which one you select here. Make sure that you don't select one that someone else has selected.

 

At 8PM on the 21st of March, the owner with the highest index pennies gets the first pick, 2nd highest - 2nd pick, and so on (also xx.00 is zero not 100).

As someone pointed out, there is the possiblity of a tie. So, everyone needs to pick a tie-breaker index (or we could do this afterwards for just the people that tied).

I think rather than picking a second the tie breaker can be using the index on a future date. Say one weeklater or something.

I agree. Maybe every day until all ties are broken. Lowest teams eliminated and ranked daily in case of more than 1. Could be used for all ties.

Yes, but only for the owners that tied. So, if you and I tie at $xx.48 and that would put us in the 7th and 8th draft position, then the next day we would check the index again and determine which of us got 7 and which got 8.
