I only listed the teams currently under .500. Oaktown is the highest ranked team in 12th place and is 22.5 games out of first and 9.5 games out of a playoff spot. With the supp draft closing in do any of these teams turn things around and make the playoffs?

Here's a list of everyone's stars for a quick reference:

oaktown a'ssclowns - Chávez, J. Guillén, Byrnes, Crosby (back from DL), Mulder, K. Rogers, Isringhausen, Foulke (should he be on this list?)

Battling Buccos - A. Ramírez, Bay, Alou, Bonds (Will be back?), Redman, O. Perez, F. García, Mesa

GBBraves - A. Jones, Klesko, C. Jones (hurt), Sosa (gotten too old and too far removed from steroids?), Furcal, Smoltz, Hudson, ... Surely there are more from the Braves?

Tigers ROAAARRRRRR - D. Young, Monroe, Nevin, Ordonez (?), Bonderman, F. Cordero. Well at least they are much better than the Royals and amazingly enough better than the Giants and Sox!

San Gaysisco Giants - Feliz, Kent, Sanders (second half performer?), L. Hernandez, Nathan, Schmidt (should he even be on this list?)

Drobe's Red Sox - Ortiz, Varitek, Edmonds (replaces Ramirez), Damon

The Royal Assmegs - Sweeney, Batista, Contreras, Beltran (no longer a SB threat and getting up for playoff games don't help in fantasy)

Oh and try and not vote for your team

The all important draft in a months time is going to say a lot about where these teams finish.

I got to hand it to cmh. A 106 loses and he leads the league in total transactions made. Those are really paying off!

trading garbage for rubbish really doesn't do much, but stir the sh|t around a little bit and make it smell worse.

I haven't even looked at the free agents yet, I know pooholes is going #1, but after that I don't even know who's out there. Helton stinks this year. JUICER!

Helton stinks this year. JUICER!

First year I ever had him in any league and he decides to pull this crap. In that same league I also have Rolen and Sheets. Talk about wasted top draft picks.

i'm gonna do it just like last year.

i'm gonna sneak up into the playoffs by making a late-year push...and i'm gonna kick ass.

Well, if the scores stay the same after tomorrow you'll leap frog 4 teams in the standings.

I really like my team after the all star break. The Tigers are getting healthy again

My lineup right now is

C B. Inge (Det - C,3B,OF)

1B C. Shelton (Det - 1B)

2B A. Miles (Col - 2B)

3B P. Polanco (Det - 2B,3B)

SS C. Guillén (Det - SS)

OF C. Monroe (Det - OF)

OF N. Logan (Det - OF)

OF M. Ordóñez (Det - OF)

Util M. Young (Tex - SS)

BN D. Young (Det - 1B)

BN F. Catalanotto (Tor - OF)

BN P. Nevin (SD - 1B)

Young, Nevin and the Cat are all available for trade. I'd like pitching in return

I like my team too after the all star break, especially with Bonds being back for some extra run support for the pitchers.
