I'm for all these things!!!!  I just think HE is full of poop. And won't actually deliver any of these things.

I’m completely good with that too cause everything Kamala wants to do makes the country worse. But maybe we can be unburdened by the unburdening of the unburdenships. While continuing the push to big war. Big pharma.

why I think Trump will improve things is as follows

Abraham accords. Proven track record negotiating peace in the Middle East

Someone on board focused on health RFK which is something we need

tulsi who I adore and would vote for her above everyone that has ran over this century

Oh believe me, I always complain about my high property taxes!  I pay like $4,000+ just for schools.  I was smart and chose not to have kids. So I'm paying for other peoples bad decisions.

Why is it smart to not have kids?

Good question!  Until recently I never met a woman to settle down with, who I wanted to lock myself into a relationship that could cost me up to half of my money if it didn't work out.    I don't like changing diapers.  It's gross.   Every married Man I've ever talked to with kids has said to me "in a joking way"   "don't get married and have kids"  wink wink wink.  (They weren't joking)   So many kids I meet are A-holes who talk trash to adults like they know anything.   I just don't think it's worth it to get a small child tax credit on my taxes.  Then to pay thousands of dollars only for them to let me down by flunking out of Arizona State and staring an Only Fans.

Certainly, not finding the right partner to have/raise children is an issue.

To your other points though... I respectfully submit that you were talking to the wrong men.  I've told men about having kids:  in a way it is saying that you are done with your previous life and ready for a new life.  But this new life provides you the highest highs, the lowest lows, the loudest laughs, the hardest tears...

My three children are all in their 20s, all graduated Arizona State, all have great jobs, and all are self-sufficient.

My oldest, 28 yr old son, used to have an attitude similar to yours -- not wanting some chick to take half of his empire (in fairness, he does make 6 figures).  But then he saw me go through my cancer journey, with my wife/his mom supporting me the whole way, and my children as well... he's been dating a girl for two+ years now, I'm fairly confident that he'll marry her.

Anyway, I wouldn't have traded the experience for the world.

My whole life I have loved the concept of passing on my DNA and "living forever" so I totally understand what you are saying.  My brother and sister have kids.  They are both super happy.  Maybe I have just held myself back based on the few horror stories I have heard from friends and family.  One of my cousins went to AZ State.  He loved it haha.   Everyone's life stories are different, then we die.  But If you are happy! Awesome!  I'm just now starting to think "maybe having kids would be cool" but i'm in between.

For the good of the gene pool and humanity, don't get him thinking about it.  TIA

Having kids is not for everyone, so I'm not trying to convince you otherwise.

Also, ASU has come a long way from being just a party school in the 80s and 90s.  Here are some latest rankings for their engineering school:

Rank Metric Publication date
#35 Undergraduate Program [#20 among public universities] 2024
#45 Graduate Program [#25 among public universities] 2024
#11 Online Master's in Engineering Programs 2024
#7 Online Master's in Engineering Programs for Veterans 2024

My two older kids graduated from the engineering school; the third and youngest is the daughter working in the fashion industry in NYC that I've mentioned.
