Bush should fire himself

Recommended Posts

His administration is the worst group of people to lead anything in the history of the world.

PS Iraq is arabic for Vietnam

I don't know, Caligula and Nero were pretty bad.

You must be inside the GOP party to claim that I am clueless.

Get your facts straight before you start calling people out jacka$$. Newt's the best the GOP will have to offer.

Gingrich said he would determine if his message was resonating with voters before making a decision to seek the GOP presidential nomination in 2008.

Ames, Ia. — Former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich said Friday in Iowa that if enough people supported his solutions for government reform, he would run for the Republican presidential nomination in 2008.

You didn't own me at all. I said Newt won't get the nomination, and he won't.

We will see about that. The speculation will lead to momentum. I know the Libs don't want to see Newt.

Are you kidding me? I'd cheat on my wife to get Newt to be the GOP nominee. Oh wait, Newt already took care of that with his.

I think the GOP will maintain Congress, but it will be close. The public has really soured on the Republican party, but most voters hate Congress but like their representatives.

Ah, I anticipated this response. From Cook again:

Some argue that people might hate Congress -- approval ratings are in

the low 20s for the institution -- but love their own representative.

But is that really true? This poll shows only 25 percent of registered

voters saying they would definitely vote to re-elect their member of

Congress, 36 percent said that they would consider voting for someone else

and 21 percent said that they would definitely vote for someone else.

Dow Jones nearing all time high!

And it just keeps rolling along.

BTW - Is this enough, hoytdwow, or do you need some more?

Economy firing on all cylinders

1,000 people is a very strong sample. The error rate is very low with that many.

If you want to believe in a political miracle, go right ahead.

You can take it to the bank. Turbin knows polls. Every poll he had said Kerry would be the President right now.

If Kerry had been married to Laura instead of Theresa he might just be.

Fortunately for America, Kerry marries for money instead of love.

Hey, HEY!!!

It's one thing to ask young men to sacrifice their lives for the country, but asking some girl/guy/animal to make the ultimate sacrifice is going a little too far.

Yep, about the only thing a Prez can do is sign or veto bills. And what has been the constant under both Clinton and Bush..............a Republican controlled legislative branch.
