SmartassBoiler 0 Posted April 12, 2006 My sister is graduating this May and is seriously considering a job offer in the STL area. What can I tell her about the city? We're from the suburbs of Chicago. I visited there once, but it was in the STL burbs at a friends house for a big weekend-long party, so I didn't see much other than Budweiser bottles. Recidivist 1 Posted April 12, 2006 Tell her to go down to E. STL on Friday evening, unescorted. She's certain to have a good time!

You do realize that Chicago is only a few hours north of St. Louis, don't you? Your sister could conceivably drive down to visit.
