Cialis is supposed to be a longer term approach in that it heightens your arousal and makes it so that getting a boner is a quicker thing. As such, you won't be walking around with a boner for 20 hours, but if you see some hottie on the beach, you might be pitching a tent. I have not tried either, but that is what Dr. Mark tells people.
