Betting Niners vs The Field is lame. It would make more sense if you bet someone The Niners vs some team of your choice. For the honor of worst team, The Field is always going to be a better bet than any one team, as there will always be about 5 really bad teams. Especially when you consider how badly the Niners played last year and yet they still finished 7th-worst due to just a couple of late season wins.

as far as the sig bet goes, as previously stated by t.j., it is like making someone pick who will win the superbowl while you get the field. that gives you about 10 to 1 odds or so. i'm sure you would make that bet. you might already know this and were just looking for some suckers to prey on.

 

a more fair bet would be for you to pick one team and someone else to pick one team and whichever team ends up with the worse record wins. i don't think you're looking for a fair bet though.
