mobb_deep 919 Posted August 7, 2006 Liking everything but your QB's and RB. Vick will kill you all year long. The weeks he is on your bench he will go off and the weeks you put him in he will hurt a hammy or throw 3 int's 0 td's. Plummer is decent but definitely not a top 5 or even 10 FF QB so I wouldn't want to depend on him. You got depth at RB but they're all from the absolutely crappiest teams possible. Sure Chicago's D will keep them in games but that offense is horrible and doesn't allow alot of running room. I know Jones put up decent (think it was top 15) numbers last year but alot of his damage was done against the Lions, Pack, and Vikes which isn't saying much. 09/18 DET 20 for 139 yds 2 TD 10/16 MIN 23 for 89 yds 2 TD 10/30 @DET 22 for 72 yds 0 TD 12/04 GB 19 for 93 yds 0 TD 12/25 @GB 25 for 105 yds 1 TD 01/01 @MIN 12 for 62 yds 0 TD so there's 5 of his 9 TD's. 2 of the other 4 were against Cinci and Atlanta who don't exactly have great D's then he managed 1 against each Pitt and Washington (props for that). Luckily though Chicago plays all 3 divisional rivals the first 3 weeks so if Benson's mangina is hurt and Jones stays with Chicago those first 3 weeks should be golden. Droughns will be your most consistent 20-25 carry per game guy but Clev will be playing from behind quite a bit and Droughn's isn't a good pass catching back like Jordan or Tiki so he won't see much time when they're behind (which is pretty much always). This is an all around good team but I think you spent too many draft picks on RBBC/Hancuff situations. 7/
J-Money 4 Posted August 7, 2006 going with the browns team defense is pretty ballsy, i'd think in a 10 team league you could get a defense that will help win enough games to get into the playoffs Other than that, as long as benson gets the majority of the carries you should be alright... http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=219552
Vilma=GOD 0 Posted August 8, 2006 When I took over this team it was horrible, I couldn't get any of the top rbs so i've been trying to get handcuffs. EDIT: My starting QB is Tom Brady not Plummer 10 team league QB-Plummer RB-S. Erb047 0 Posted August 8, 2006 Even with Brady there I think its a pretty weak team for a 10 man league...
