Torch78 0 Posted September 7, 2006 Our league starts three WR/TE. I have Hasselbeck as my starting QB. Here are my choices at WR. Roy Williams vs Seattle Donald Driver vs Chicago Matt Jones vs Dallas Michael Clayton vs Baltimore Ashlie Lelie at Carolina Kevin Curtis vs Denver Nate Burleson at Detroit Which three WR to start? c_Weezie 3 Posted September 7, 2006 I would start Donald Driver, Matt Jones, and Nate Burleson (you get double pts w/ Hasselbeck, and DJax should be gone). Good Luck return the favor http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=229441

bgard72 10 Posted September 7, 2006 I would go with: 1. Roy Williams 2. Donald Driver 3. Matt Jones HOWEVER...if DJAX does NOT play against Detriot...sit Matt Jones and try Burleson. He should get some good looks and maybe a score. Please see mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=229005
ppierce 2 Posted September 7, 2006 Williams, Driver, Jones. Without question.

jdjacks10 0 Posted September 7, 2006 I like williams and driver for sure. then either jones or burleson. I like what i saw last year out of Jones so i would probably lean towards him

I like R. Williams, as the Lions will be playing from behind, and he is their best target. N. Burleson, as the Hawks #1 is either out or playing hurt, and the lions D is crap. For the 3rd, I'd go with driver, in spite of the bad matchup. They aren't going to be able to run, and Farve's gotta throw it somewhere. You gotta figure driver will be targeted around 10 times. 3 of them will be picked, but thats not your problem. Thanks for your answer to my TE dilemma by the way. djteknokid 0 Posted September 7, 2006 No question in Roy Williams since he is the go to guy. Plus, Lions have no other option than him.. D. Driver got almost shut down last yr vs. Chicago getting 60yards with no TD. So you may wanna sit him.. I like Matt Jones over Dallas because of the small cowboy CBs I think Seattle is gonna pound Detroit with Alexander, so Burrleson wont get a TD. Curtis over Denver should be a good choice because of Denver's poor passing defense. Roy, MAtt Jone, Curtis.. if I were you http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=229575

JTB 52 Posted September 7, 2006 Thanks for your input! You question to me is who should I start, Matt Jones or Nate Burelson? You have a tough one here, but I would go with Jones beacuse he, in my opinion has the better upside. Either way I don't think your looking at a lot of points with these two. Go with the one who has done it before so you don't kick yourself in the AS (Butt) on Monday!
