throttlers 0 Posted September 20, 2006 I have a trade offer on the table that amounts to Housh for Stallworth. (I give Housh). Is there any reason not to make this trade?
Integral 0 Posted September 20, 2006 I have a trade offer on the table that amounts to Housh for Stallworth. (I give Housh). Is there any reason not to make this trade? none at all, take it. What a fool, IMO to offer it. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=235092
yostevo 0 Posted September 20, 2006 none at all, take it. What a fool, IMO to offer it. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=235092 An injured WR for a WR who's maturing and the #1 WR on a passing team.
PhinsFTW 0 Posted September 20, 2006 I think the emergence of Henry in TJ's absence will hurt TJ and he will see less passes to him even when he comes back. Stallworth is the #1 guy in Philly and McNabb has been on a mission to torch the league. Do it before the other team changes their mind. Thanks for answering mine. strangebrew 0 Posted September 20, 2006 i don't think either team is getting robbed here. i see stallworth's numbers dropping off a bit and housh will be a huge factor when he comes back. i would do it simply b/c stallworth is healthy right now. please see mine again, my roster is in my signature: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...p;#entry2710653
juanboy 0 Posted September 20, 2006 Normally, I'd hesitate, given that Stallworth's value is at an all-time high, but it looks like Stallworth and Donovan have a connection. Stallworth will be the big play guy, while Housh, when he gets healthy, will always be a possession guy. I'd do it. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=235263
mkuz 0 Posted September 20, 2006 i would hold onto housh for the time being. his value is low, due to not playing yet and stallworths is very high. give the guy you drafted in the 6th - 8th round a chance. there is a reason he went that high.
manola 0 Posted September 20, 2006 I'd make the trade. McNabb has targetted Stallworth some insane number of times so far, and I don't see any reason that'll change. Although I think teams will adjust and slow Stallworth down some from his current pace, I think he's the better play here. Thanks for mine.
RedzoneMonster 107 Posted September 20, 2006 If it is a straight up deal, TAKE IT!
Ray_T 753 Posted September 20, 2006 I would also make the deal. I havnt been overly keen on Stallworth when he was in New Orleans. I always knew he had the potential, but playing for Aaron Brooks, I felt he was risky. But moving to Philly, he is now the #1 guy, and with McNabb tossing the ball, Hes a lock for 1200 yards and could possibly do a lot better. Housh is the #2 option on a high powered offense, but he wont get nearly the number of throws. There are plenty of threats on that team, so the #2 guy can have a lot of variability in his production in that type of system. There is no doubt that Stallworth is less risky, and this is a trade you should make.
