bobpate17 0 Posted October 27, 2006 Is this fair trade? Whoul you do it if you were team B?? I am trading with friend so I want to make sure he doesn't get ripped off. TEAM A GIVES UP: Gore/Barber III/Carr/Min D TEAM B GIVES UP: Eli / Chi D Team B has (2-5) (1) Eli, B. johnson (2) J. Lewis, D. Rhodes, L. jordan (2) Horn, A. Bryant, Evans (1) Gonzo (1) akers (1) Chi Team A has. (3-4) (1) Carr (2) S. Jax, R. Brown, F. Gore, Barber III, Lundy (2) Harrison, SS, Stallworth (1)Colston (1)Longwell (1) Min D PPR. ffsmack 0 Posted October 27, 2006 I think team A improves more than team B here, but team B definitely gets RBs which the team needs. I think it's fair enough and can see why both sides benefit, I just think team A benefits more.

B might be turned off by the name Carr alone lol ... It's fair I think ... Thanks for answering mine (that was such an obvious answer I didn't even think it) Thanks! leftyguitar 0 Posted October 28, 2006 i think its a pretty good deal. both teams are helped out, none loses too much. do it. thanks for helpin on mine.
Peanut33 0 Posted October 28, 2006 Yes I would do it if I was Team B because I don't lose much at QB and pick up Gore who has a good schedule the rest of the way (after this week!). Thanks for answering my post.
bunnerjk 0 Posted October 28, 2006 I think its a fair trade. Team A is only giving up back-up RB's.
booya 0 Posted October 28, 2006 If I was team A i would try to move Brown instead of gore, i just think gore is more valuable then brown is.
WKTSWAY 0 Posted October 28, 2006 I think I would do this trade if I was either team...I would personally rather get the Carr/MBIII/Gore/Min D, but it's extremely close. Please see mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=248099
MaddogMoney 0 Posted October 28, 2006 Looks to me like both teams benefit in this situation. I think that's just about the most even trade I've seen in a while. Thanks for helping me out. MM
committmenttomediocrity 0 Posted October 28, 2006 I would do it if I was team B although I think A gets better. Please answer mine at http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=248553
hagler 0 Posted October 28, 2006 Team A gets better......but Team B gets Gore who is badly needed.... Pretty even trade, but I think Team B who is giving up Eli & Chicago D could get a better RB... If no one else is willing to trade a RB for that, Gore is not a bad choice...but I would shop around. Please help with mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=248554
Illini4evr 0 Posted October 28, 2006 Team A is the clear winner here, if you are team A do it, if not then don't. Team A expands out their QB and Def while sacrificing little elsewhere. Team B is stupid for doing such a trade.
dalie 2 Posted October 28, 2006 Team B gets the better deal, but fair enough to keep freindship regardless of who gets what http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=248585
Illini4evr 0 Posted October 28, 2006 Team B gets the better deal, but fair enough to keep freindship regardless of who gets what http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=248585 Team B gives up a starting QB and Def for Gore and Barber III. I don't think that is worth Eli and the Bears. Sorry to say it bud but that doesn't make any sense at all.

Sorry to say it bud but that doesn't make any sense at all. I think carr is starting QB as well and Min is 3rd most scorring D in my league. after chi and Bal. Eli (111pts) carr (91 pts) Chi (110 pts) Min (79 pts) Gore (106pts) Barber III (64pts) Thanks for your input though.
philssteelers200 0 Posted October 28, 2006 Frankly, this is what trades are supposed to be for. Both sides help with weaknesses, which are different for both. Even, fair trade. Mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=248588
Connorsdad 38 Posted October 28, 2006 Yes Fair trade. I like team A Thanks for answering mine ! Goodluck!!
slestack11 0 Posted October 28, 2006 Team A definitely benefits from this trade more, but it seems to be a fair enough trade. This is a good manufactured trade. Like if you were managing two teams secretly and wanted to move some players around without people getting suspicious. Nobody should complain about this deal. Please see mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=248270
darkjedi 0 Posted October 28, 2006 A bennefits a little more, but B REALLY needs the help at RB. B should see if they can get one more player. Lundy may be a sleeper. Thanks for Mine.
jjoel 0 Posted October 28, 2006 I think it's a pretty fair trade- team B definitely gets to improve their RBs, while not taking a HUGE step back in other areas, and it obviously helps team A, who is deep at RB. Thanks for thr help on mine earlier ( http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=248653 )
Montazuma 0 Posted October 28, 2006 Look like a win-win trade. Good luck!
SaintsInDome2006 441 Posted October 28, 2006 Well, Team B is 2-5 and the rest of the seasn will be no fun with those RB's; i almost think B has to do it if he wants to make the playoffs, though Team A might just come out a little better. Unfortunately I might even start MB3 over any of his current RB's so he might be getting two starting RB's a decent QB and good defense (for now). I think Team B has to make this trade. I could use some advice myself, thanks. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=248655
Glorious 0 Posted October 28, 2006 At 2-5, it's time for a change, make the trade. It's tough to give up the CHI DST but as everyone as said, the RBs gained will help turn it around for you Thanks for answering mine
ONESOLO8 0 Posted October 28, 2006 TEAM A WOULD BENEFIT SLIGHTLY, BUT TEAM B HAS TO DO SOMETHING...MAKE THE TRADE http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=248457
