Isotopes 1 Posted October 31, 2006 Wow is that really an issue? Getting the kids to adjust?Never considered that kind of thing. We talking YOUNG YOUNg kids or what? My kid is 11 months and he is already adjusted. We just wouldn't let him go to sleep when he wanted to. We played with him and kept him awake an extra hour and he has adjusted already. phillybear 365 Posted October 31, 2006 Since it's dark when I arrive at work, and dark when I leave work, I guess I won't see the sun until April. Which is fine by me. Fock the sun. I'd love to hit the sun in the mouth with a baseball bat.

NP, did not know if you had kids or not Unfortunately, I do know of people who resort to the tylenol or other kiddie drugs with sleep inducing powers. We played with him and kept him awake an extra hour and he has adjusted already. 18 month and 3 month old boys, both have been up an hour earlier everyday, keeping them up later seems to have no affect on them, plus its dark at 5:30 now...
