After this 4th round has seen every rb I was aiming to pick snatched from beneath me, I'm really starting to hate Ray Lewis.

Although I will say that we are expecting Bouve to select a RB since he only has one thus far...

Marcel Shipp (Emmitt's backup... ) is the next RB via Staff Consensus.

Or if you look at the projections, Duce Staley or Curtis Martin seem like the next in line and better picks IMO than Shipp.

I have Mason and Horn higher than most based on how I projected their offenses before projecting individuals.

 

Anyway. I have a great boss who doesn't care if I do this. LOL

 

But I have another responsibility at the moment. I'll be checking in and updating when I can. At least every 15 minutes.

the problem i have with Mason, and reason I seleceted moss and KRob over him, is that he is wildly inconsistent. He'll finish with top 10 #s, but one week he'll have 50 yards and no scores, the next 150 yards and 3 scores.

 

Titans are a pass happy team, but McNair is going to get munched for real one of these sacks and then who tosses the rock? He misses time every year, and while he is an iron man, his leading the league in "questionable" status makes owners confused and prone to poor roster choices.

 

In any case, I passed on Mason for safer alternatives. No surprise to me he slipped. In hindsight though there's a player who i forgot all about who I should have taken over KRob.

 

I wonder if I can change my pick...?

I think Duce would be given the nod by the concensus - CMart had great yardage but also a goal line Vulture looming in Jordan.

 

i like CMart this year as a 3rd back - I think Duce is a plodder, and I don't really think anyone in that Pitt O is going to be spectacular....but i also think most people would pick Duce over CMart.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. But we can't all be Eagles fans, can we?

 

Yeah, I noticed the typo and figured it was probably intentional.

 

Andre Johnson should be a nice WR this year. He's got a solid year in the offense, an improving offense with a more experienced QB, and decent support with Gaffney and Bradford and Miller running routes too.

I work in management for a small to medium sized mortgage company. I've been with the company for 10 years. My boss (the owner) was one of my two best friends for five years before I joined his company. He's my best friend now. It's a great set up. He loves fantasy football. Loves to delegate responsibility away from us so we can screw around. He told a stressed out broker (employee) who wanted to meet with me early this morning (with a complaint from an irate client) that I was involved in a very important project and not to be disturbed.

I'll say this for him, this will be the year he either explodes stat wise, or loses the starting job. He's got all the talent in the world, and I really liked him when he was in Green Bay. But then, as now, he is just not the worlds hardest worker. Until he figures out that his talent alone will not get him through a career, he will be average at best.

 

Other than that, nice pick.
