Guest Black Label Society Posted April 19, 2007 That is one big ass muffler. Nice bike Yeah, the 'water heater' is a goner. THESE Pipes are on the way. Supposed to be hella kickass sounding!! i'm not sure how having a cool motorcycle and being proud of it equals having a sad life. other posts qualify however. jk It doesn't...it's the part that I have to 'show' it off. But WTF....I like my bike, and after some mods, it's gonna look hella cool. But thanks for making me feel better (sorta) Wait til he puts the black bowl on his head and makes his leather-bound biatch ride shotgun. No brain bucket required in MN. Leather bound b!tch is optional equipment.

Voice_Of_Reason 0 Posted April 19, 2007 You shoulda down graded the bike you bought an upgraded the spinkler system you have... Your lawn is dying
Electric Mayhem 35 Posted April 19, 2007 sweet ride! Congrats on the purchase. I know they are not required by law - but maybe a helmet would be a good idea? Don't want to hear about you CulyNighting yourself. Get one of those German Red Baron spike-top ones.

pdoggs 0 Posted April 19, 2007 Nice ride. I rode a warrior for 2 years but never got comfy on it. (6'3) I imagine you will put about 3,000 miles on it before you upgrade to a real bike: http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r196/seansvegas/Side.jpg http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r196/se...as/business.jpg Just kiding man. Enjoy-it and be safe out there.

Don't want to hear about you CulyNighting yourself. Get one of those German Red Baron spike-top ones. I was TOTALLY thinking the iron spike too. Although honestly, I'm not sure that would help at all if I wiped it. It would probably scramble my egg (more than it is already anyway). PS - thanks man...I'm so stoked to be riding again. Seems pretty cool to me. Thanks RT! Congrats again on ToddJr. Glad to hear mama and Jr are doing well. When mom and Jr get settled in and feeling better, would love to stop by some time and see the little guy. I'll make a detour through the metropolis of River Falls. Nice ride. Enjoy-it and be safe out there. I'm 6'1" and honestly, I'm VERY comfortable on it. It's got a bit of a stretch on it, but the drag bars are swept back another 2", so it should just about perfect. As far as the 'real' bike goes. I could've bought a HD, but they're just not very reliable in the long run. Ultimately, some day down the road, I'll buy a rolling chassis and build my own custom chopper, but that's about $35k when it's all said and done, and I don't have the time or money to do it right now. BTW - nice bike!

Guest Black Label Society Posted April 19, 2007 Most HDs are not very reliable but V-Rods are. They are not typical Harleys. that's because the motor was engineered by porsche, and it doesn't vibrate every nut and bolt loose. It's not your typical Evo motor. Guest Black Label Society Posted April 19, 2007 I bought one a few months ago and I love it The Vrod is the ONLY stock cruiser that will beat my Warrior on the road in terms of acceleration and power. And I'm not saying this because I don't own one...the style never did much for me. i think it's uber ugly. But I could also see how someone might think it's kickass looking too. It's different. But hey, any rider is a brother. congrats on your bike!
30 Fat, Bald & Texan 5 Posted April 19, 2007 The bike looks good. I wish I had one. Hell, I kinda wish I still sold parts, I'd send you some. I may still be able to get you something. What year is it?
