I would say that's right, since the Oilers moved to TN.

 

I would also say that Cleveland owners are not eligible for Ravens players.

i made that assumption on the browns/ravens considering the whole "history" stayed in cleveland.

As the new Houston Texor owner I strongly disagree with this statement. Just cuz they're located in the same city that the Titans/Oilers used to be in, doesn't mean that it's the same franchise. No way does the Titans owner get to pick from my pool of scrubby texor players.

I think you misinterpreted this. I don't think we're saying that Titans owners can take Texans. Titans owners can take Oilers. Texans owners cannot take Oilers.
