It's this whole season that no matter the opponent, the Pats don't take the foot off the accelerator. I'm excited about what's happening now, as well as the potential of what they can accomplish this season. As a fan, it's my right to brag and boast and be happy with every Patriots victory. I won't tone it down just because you or anyone else here takes exception to it.

All the coach's video in the world doesn't help Moss pull down those 40 yard passes in the endzone over two defenders all over him. Simply amazing!

 

If you look at the past few seasons, the Strength of Schedule argument just doesn't hold any water. The Pats can't control what other teams do in games they don't play in. They just continue to decimate anything put in front of them. It's awesome. Most of the so-called sports experts in the country have judged the Pats to be the best team in the league, and the rest put them at #2 in protest. I don't give them much credence, but I give them more than your S.O.S. argument.

 

Everyone will remember how awesome they are, even if they root against them. Only the few, not-so-silent minority will hold on to their bitterness. All that hating and negativity is going to stress them out and shorten their life. Respect the greatness, some day your team might have a nice run like the Pats and I'll respect it, even if I don't like it. Post 10,000 more times about cheating if you want. It will never tarnish the fun I'm having the past few years as a life-long New England sports fan.

Thing is, just cause you sprint to the finish line even though you have a 3 lap lead doesn't give you any more than 1 win.

 

For instance, in all of Steelers wins, Batch and Davenport finished up the 4th quarter. I wouldn't have it any other way. Why risk the wear and tear and possibility of injury. It's a long season. There is no reason to do what the Pats are doing.

 

In fact there is more reason not to.....is Bellicheat just thinking his run game needs no practice esp. with the bad weather coming? You run the ball only 22 times in a game in which you lead huge the entire game?
