You have to balance that out with how V Tech missed out on forcing a million turnovers in the 1st half.

2nd half Over 24.5. I remember what happened the last time I watched a VS game that had a high scoring first half, yet that number is just too tempting. Not sure what I'm going to do, but the over just jumped to a -115 payout so I have to decide soon.

We can agree that the officiating sucked in this game. If V Tech gets officiating calls in their favor over these last 4 minutes, then the game was officially fixed. Let's see what happens. If BC gets a TD, then all that goes out the window.

I used this threads pregame gut feelings on Boston College to make my bet, albeit a 2nd half bet. I originally was on Virginia Tech before reading this thread.

Boise State @ Fresno State +3, Total 63.5

 

That is alot of points to cover in a game. Each team would have to score on average one touchdown per quarter and then they'd still be under. 9 touchdowns hits the under. You'd have to have 9 touchdowns and a field goal or more to get the over. I haven't looked at any records yet, but this just seems like too many points to cover for the Over.

I like the over in tonight's game as well. I think it is going to be a shoot out. One thing I am looking at is playing Boise over 33.5 and Fresno over 30.5. I figure the worst that can happen is only one would hit and I pay some juice, but a very good chance of them both going over and cleaning up.

 

Of course, I am not a big over/under person and probably won't do anything tonight.

I think this guy is a complete crackpot, that Ohio State pick last week was horrible even had they covered. Marshall this week? Marshall should lay -9 to absolutely no one, even if somehow they do cover.

I'm leaning to the live home dog tonight...Ian Johnson out which should somewhat negate Fresno's weak rush def. What I really like is the fact that Fresno is averaging 229 RuYards per game at home, while Boise allows 170 on the road. I look for Fresno to run all over the boise def tonight. Honestly, I really think playing at home in this game is a huge advantage. I mean Fresno has allowed a total of 9 points this year at home in 3 games!!! And they are getting points. Ill prob end up laying a unit on ML and the number. Just to add, despite being ahead most of the time, Fresno allows less than 200 passing yard per game so far this year.

The over could end up being the best play on the board even with out beaniemaker (Johnson) Id be surprised to see anything less then 70 to be honest. Hmmmm.....
