Spoken like a true fantasy football fan!

The reason the Browns' offense is good is that they now have a good offensive line.

The reason the Rams' offense is so awful is that they now have a terrible offensive line.

Unless the Rams sign some OL in the next few days, your prediction is faulty.. the Browns defense might not be good, but they were still good enough to go up three TDs on the Ravens and Dolphins in the last three games - can it legitimately be a shootout if you're down by 21 in the second quarter? Cleo Lemon rolled up points after the Browns were relaxed with a huge lead... other than that, the offenses that torched the Browns were the Steelers, Bengals, and Pats... a far cry from the current Rams.

Garbage points will abound for the Rams, though, that is likely.

Well, the Rams have been getting their asses kicked, in large part, due to allowing too many sacks. The Browns have, what, six sacks all season? It's gonna be like some backwards unstoppable force vs. immovable object situation.

hmmm, Bulger(i know has sucked) with S Jackson back, Holt in the lineup....bad Browns D(cinci game)....all points to a potential shootout.

Will activate this thread after the game...see where things stand.

Btw, i am rarely wrong about these things...but there is always a first time

Cleveland was one of the few teams to keep Brady in the realm of normal QB output and they were only down by 10 in the 4th quarter when they fumbled one returned for a TD.

I don't think Cleveland is playing badly enough to think it will be a shootout esp. w/ a team that can't seem to score

13, 16, 3, 7, 31, 3, 6

The Rams scored almost half their points in 1 game. I don't think just because SJax is back, that they will suddenly turn back into an offensive juggeranut.

I think the Rams have scored a TOTAL of 5 offensive TDs all season; the return of Jackson and Bulger won't change that, especially with that pourous O-line that many others have talked about.

5 TDs in nearly half a season.

But I still think omarkal is on point. This one could be similar to Cincy-Browns Week 2.

Still not enough to make me pick Bulger back up off waivers (he's been on the wire since I dropped him there before WK 5 - nobody in our league is even interesting in stashing him).

PIT-CIN.

Now THAT will be CLE-CIN pt.II.

why?

I am a Palmer owner and can't see this happening.

Browns 38, Rams 31

The Rams put up 31 against the AZ.Cardinals, they can put up 31 vs. the Browns.

Now that SJax is back, Brian Leonard can move back to his natural position, which is fullback, that should give Bulger a little more protection as well as SJax running room

Are you worried about the PIT secondary? The one Jay Cutler scorched for 3 TDs and almost 300y last week? And the run will be shut down early, and CIN is a passing team anyway. I think Palmer will be fine -- probably very similar no.s to Cutler's.

We need not say anything about the CIN D. (Largely because there isn't one) Big Ben has done very well against the OH teams in his career, throwing 7 TDs to 2 INTs and 700y the 4 games vs CIN. I could easily see a 3 TD game here, esp. if CIN lives up to it's half.

Just a hunch.

I agree. And Denver did that without their #1 WR. Pittsburgh's secondary can be exposed, and Cincy has the offence to do that if they can keep Palmer from getting killed.

That would be the "stoppable force vs the movable object scenario". In this case, the team with the least amount of sand in their gina's will win out.

Oops. CIN really is in that bad a shape. PIT lived up to it's half, though.
