Saturday Night, I have 5% chance to win a trip to Vegas

So I won a free local satellite tournament a month or so ago and this Saturday is the Finals. There are 20 people (all "winners" of their respected tournaments) in the finals.

Go for broke. Remember 2nd place is as bad as 20th.

 

So any race for all your chips is a worthwhile risk to take IMO.

Let the first ten or so go broke before you start to gamble. If you have a killer hand play it slooooow. Stay sober(this is why I dont play poker )

That is most likely what I will do. There will be a bunch of overaggressive players mixed in with calling stations. I will just sit back and wait for my cards.

 

I won't drink at all during the game. I may play a little $2-4 limit to fustrate myself before hand.

I don't mind playing it because I understand how they play. But it is fun when you flop a monster because they will call everything. Last week I flop quads and had 6 people call me to the river.
