I have gotten nothing You are eligible to receive a Court-approved refund of fees charges to your eligible cards, which are Visa, masterCrad, and or Diners Club credit, charge and/or debit/ATM cards. The fees were based on foreign transactions, including both purchases and ATM withdrawal, from February 1, 1996 to November 8, 2006. Then there are 3 refund options 1 - where they just give you $25 2- where you estimate how much time you spent in a froeign country during the past 10 years 3 - where you itemize all your ###### with cc statement and crap. I was just going to obvioulsy do the $25 one, and do done with it.

swirvenirvin 25 Posted December 5, 2007 Is this $25 for each one? If so me and the wifey are look'n at a Benjamen $25 per person so a couple would be $50 Also there is option 2 which you still don thave to do much. This is if you think you spent more than $2500 from 96-06 in a foreign country. Then you just estimate your times, there such as business leisure, freinds etc... Then based on how much you say you go there you are given more $$

Giants Fan 85 Posted December 6, 2007 I got this too. What's interesting is that I went bankrupt ... so really, my creditors ... like Citibank that I focked over might have rights to the money. I'm still gonna do it. Haven't decided yet which rebate. Went to Canada, Mexico, France during that time ... and they can't check every person. Prolly gonna go with the second form. $25 meh ... might get a lot more. That's right ... the banks pay me now. I've got 20,000 miles on my Visa that I pay in full every month. Since my bankruptcy .... I haven't paid the banks one red cent. You can decide which side to be on .... make the banks work for you, or you work for the banks. Also, I bet that you are better off, mailing it in.
